Extended Stay America Suites - Dallas - Las Colinas - Carnaby St – Hotel near airport in Irving

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location in Las Colinas area is great for a short stay, the rooms were below average with mess and dirty bedding. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness but laundry service was awesome. The peaceful neighborhood and proximity to restaurants make the location excellent, but the dining options were limited to prepackaged items in the lobby.

I stayed at this hotel for a short visit to the Las Colinas area and found it to be a good choice overall. The room, although not exactly as pictured on the booking site, had an interesting layout with two beds, a kitchenette, and even allowed pets. The service was top-notch, with staff available to assist with any questions or issues, and they were patient and helpful, especially during check out. The location was excellent, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and various amenities nearby. The dining options were decent with convenient on-the-go snacks available. However, the breakfast offerings were limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

When my girlfriend and I stay in town, this hotel is our go-to spot due to its fantastic location near all the fun attractions like concerts, top-notch restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. However, the mix of hotel guests and long-term residents can be a downside as it sometimes feels messy with dirty bedding and crumbs scattered around.
